Terms of sale
Effective: 18 June 2026.
These terms of sale (the "Terms of Sale") govern the purchase of paid Tickr subscriptions through tickr.gg and app.tickr.gg. Placing a paid order implies unreserved acceptance of these Terms of Sale, together with theterms of service and theprivacy policy.
1. Seller
Paid subscriptions are sold by AxentSoftware (SAS, RCS Paris 940 581 234, VAT FR37940581234), CS 48756, 58 rue de Monceau, 75380 Paris 8e CEDEX, France. billing@tickr.gg.
2. Plans and pricing
Tickr offers a free plan and paid Pro / Studio subscriptions billed monthly or yearly. Prices are those displayed on thepricing page at the time the order is placed, shown in the currency and with the tax treatment indicated at checkout. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but orders are invoiced at the price in effect when the order is registered.
3. Payment
Payments are processed by our payment provider, Stripe, by bank card and other methods Stripe makes available in your country. Stripe's terms of use and payment apply in addition to these Terms of Sale and, in case of conflict regarding payment, take precedence. We do not store full card details. Where you subscribe through a mobile app store, the store's payment terms apply.
4. Billing and renewal
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from the billing portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period, and access continues until then. Eligible AxentHost-hosted customers may receive an equivalent entitlement at no extra charge while a qualifying server is active; that entitlement ends when the qualifying server is no longer active.
5. Right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts. Because Tickr is digital content and an online service supplied immediately, by subscribing and asking us to start the Service during the withdrawal period you expressly request immediate performance and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the Service has been fully performed, and that for partial performance you remain liable for the amount corresponding to the service already provided (Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code). Business customers do not benefit from a statutory right of withdrawal.
6. Refunds and support
Outside any mandatory legal right, fees already paid are non-refundable, and cancelling stops future renewals rather than refunding the current period. Refund requests and billing questions:billing@tickr.gg.
7. Force majeure
We are not liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by an event beyond our reasonable control, including network or infrastructure outages, acts of third-party providers, or other external, unforeseeable and irresistible events.
8. Liability and governing law
The Service is provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law; our liability is limited as set out in theterms of service. These Terms of Sale are governed by French law.
Consumers may use the consumer-mediation process before going to court: you may refer the dispute to a consumer mediator, and the European Commission provides an online dispute resolution platform atec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. Failing an amicable resolution, business disputes are subject to the competent courts of Paris, France, without prejudice to the mandatory protections available to consumers in their country of residence.
