Pricing questions
What happens to old data when I downgrade?
Nothing is deleted. Plans gate how far back you can see; raw data is physically retained for at least 90 days (and aggregates much longer), so re-upgrading restores your history.
Do AxentHost customers really get Tickr Pro free?
Yes. Link your AxentHost account: while it has an active diamond server, your whole organization is on Tickr Pro at no cost. Every server hosted there also gets node-level CPU/RAM and crash metrics other tools cannot collect.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, in one click from the dashboard. Monthly plans stop at the end of the cycle; yearly plans (−10%) run until the paid year ends.
Is there a free trial of Pro?
The Free plan is the trial, and it never expires. When you need more than 1 server or 14 days of history, upgrade in place; all the data you already sent is waiting.
