Track any game server in two minutes

You don’t need to install anything on your server to start with Tickr. Pull mode queries your server over its public query protocol, the same one the in-game server browser uses.

The two-minute version

  1. Sign in and click Add server.
  2. Search the catalogue: 350+ games, from Minecraft and Rust to the long tail.
  3. Enter your host and the query port (Tickr pre-fills the default and explains where game port and query port differ).
  4. Hit Test connection. Tickr runs a live query and shows you exactly what it sees (players online, map, version), or an actionable error if the port is wrong.

That’s it. The dashboard fills with a live snapshot immediately, and the time series start accumulating from your first poll.

When to add the plugin

Pull mode gives you player counts, uptime and server info on any host. Install the plugin or SDK when you want per-player analytics: sessions, retention cohorts, custom events and TPS. Same dashboard, more depth.
